The Role

The Head of Sales plays a critical role spearheading our sales strategy and execution for the next phase of growth and beyond, while leading a strong team of customer-centric high-performers who are passionate about changing how teams work together.

What You'll Do
- Work with Co-Founders as part of the Leadership Team, setting strategy and company vision
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals
- Build and inspire a high-performing team, including hiring, training, coaching, developing, and feedback
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and finance leaders as one team to achieve revenue targets
- Lead from the front, actively engaged supporting the team in strategy, demos, and negotiations as needed
- Streamline and optimize sales processes, best practices, and consistencies
- Assess our market positioning, competition, and roadblocks to help differentiate Cloverleaf’s opportunities
- Evaluate new revenue and market share opportunities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers, partners, and alliances that can increase Cloverleaf’s reach and impact
What You Bring
- Proven track record of exceeding sales target as the Senior Sales leader in a B2B SaaS company (5 years minimum experience)
- Domain experience in the HR/OD/L&D sector
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
- Success scaling sales from $5MM to $25MM ARR and beyond
- Extensive experience working with high-level decision-makers in a variety of industries from SMB to Enterprise
- Remote-first company; hybrid-friendly HQ
- Headquartered in Cincinnati (most of team is in the greater Cincinnati, OH area); travel to HQ to meet with team regularly would be expected, as well as travel to events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Cloverleaf
- Bonus: knowledge of/familiarity with behavioral and personality assessments
